The FX3-3 series distinguishes OMEC’s 3-roll mechanical asymmetric plate rolls with simple, full pinch operation. The side roll (bending roll) is standardly mounted with steel supports and bearings, and externally with bronze slides, ensuring maximum reliability and minimal wear over time. The rotation of the rolls is applied to the upper and lower rolls via a gearbox and self-braking motor, while sheet feeding and clamping also feature top-brand motors and gearboxes.

Equipped with hardened rolls, motorized movement and clamping, ready for profile bending roll mounting, and a conical device directly positioned on the upper roll, this machine offers the optimal balance between absolute quality and operator-friendly use for a wide range of cylindrical and conical rolling tasks. As standard, the upper roll opens laterally to remove the rolled shell.
