What can the machine do?
The QS250Z is a CNC-controlled optical measuring machine for:
- 2D coordinate measurement
- Contour and profile measurement
- Determination of distances, radii, angles, and diameters
- Measurement of bores, grooves, edges, and complex geometries
- Serial measurements with automated measuring programs
- Documentation and report generation via Mitutoyo software

Measurements are performed contactless via a high-resolution camera system with image processing. Perfect for sensitive or small components where tactile measurement is not suitable.
Thanks to CNC control, automated measurement routines are possible – perfect for recurring inspection processes.
