MHG Rotary Table Indexing Sandblasting System “SMG 260”
with 6 nozzles and Siemens CNC controller. The system consists of three units: the rotary table system (including Siemens CNC control), the abrasive recovery system “RGWS 510” (cyclone extraction/separation system for reclaiming blasting media), and the large dust extraction unit “DUST-EX 3003 4.0 kW” (filter box/cabinet with exhaust air).

The system was built in 2003 and was used only occasionally until about a year ago at a neighbor’s facility. I acquired it to glass bead blast stainless steel parts (approx. 100 pcs/day) for a customer, but did not receive the order, so the machine has been idle since then.

Buyer is responsible for collection/transportation of the equipment; logistics must be organized by the buyer, as limited assistance is available on site. My forklift is out of service; at least two pallet trucks are required, along with e.g., a 7.5t flatbed truck or a box truck with tail lift. The heaviest component (the main unit) weighs approx. 900 kg (approx. 1500x1600x2500 mm), while the two other components are lighter, each around 250 kg and measuring approx. 3000x1500x1500 mm each on a long pallet.
