Description:
Electro-pneumatic, vertical, linear-guided automatic bandsaw for the use of HSS saw blades, designed for serial cuts from 60° left to 45° right on steel.
The machine can also be operated in semi-automatic mode. CNC automatic unit with multiprocessor and two axes controlled by the latest generation MEP system, allowing programming of up to 1000 different cutting programs with varying cut lengths and batch quantities for the same material thickness.

- Double gear set for high cutting performance.

- Coaxial cylinder with bypass valve for fast approach and potentiometric linear transducer for head position determination.
- Saw bow stroke programmable directly from the control panel for material adaptation.

- Rotary table with central pin and axial bearing for precise mitre cuts.

- Electric coolant pump for blade cooling and lubrication.
