Standard features of the MEBAbase 24 DG

- MEBA mitre system: Large, swivelling table prevents cutting into the material support surface – low wear costs! The material is always clamped perpendicular and tight against the saw blade.
- Manual mitre adjustment from 90° to 30°, infinitely variable using scale with 1.0° accuracy
- The mitre pivot point is the intersection between the saw blade and the material stop, eliminating changes to length dimensions when altering the angle setting
- End stops at 30° – 45° – 90° – 45°
- Hydraulic quick-clamp system for material. At every frame angle, the material is clamped parallel at 90°.
- Centralised machine control
- Cutting pressure is reduced by the heavy, torsion-resistant saw frame’s own weight, with fine adjustment according to material cross-section via hydraulic damping cylinder and balancing spring
