The A220-PD assembly system is a stationary manual workstation designed for processing press-in fasteners.

Intended use:
The machine is intended for pressing-in fasteners.
The operator manually inserts the corresponding screws, plastic nuts, and the workpiece into the machine.
The operator then triggers the pressing process using a footswitch.
The pressing process runs automatically.

Press-in nut, rivet nut, self-piercing nut, press-in stud, punch stud / rivet stud
Thread sizes - M5, M6, M8, M10, M12

Operating modes:
The operating modes can be selected via the control panel.

Automatic mode:
Pressing in of fasteners is performed in automatic mode.
Movements are only initiated once the operator presses the foot pedal and triggers the pressing process.

Manual mode:
In manual mode, adjustment tasks on the machine are carried out.
In this mode, individual movements can be activated.
