Application
This foulard-dryer combination has proven itself exceptionally well in practical applications. It is used in this format for a variety of hot-air treatment processes such as drying, fixing, condensing, thermosoling, etc. The unit is employed wherever a certain sample size is required, for instance for producing sample collections or similar purposes.

THN Dryer
If all of the previously mentioned application possibilities are required and the use of pin frames is also desired for individual dryer operation, the THN model is recommended. The standard pin frames are suitable for sample sizes up to max. 50 x 50 cm (larger pin frames available on request).

Options include longitudinally adjustable frames for woven fabrics or longitudinally and laterally adjustable material holders for knitted and warp-knitted fabrics, nonwovens, etc., as well as clamping frames for films and paper.

Drying Chamber
The drying chamber, with its electric control box and operator panel, is mounted on a base frame and assembled into a single unit.

Excellent thermal insulation is ensured by double-walled construction with intermediate insulation.

The nozzle section, 1300 mm in length, is divided into upper and lower segments. An adjustable flap allows for balanced air distribution between top and bottom, or for more airflow from either the top or the bottom as needed.

Fan and Heating
Powerful airflow is guaranteed by a high-performance fan with a capacity of approx. 900-3500 m³/h, combined with optimally tuned heating, resulting in superior evaporation performance.

A dual-secured monitoring system reduces maintenance requirements and increases operational safety.

The heating capacity is designed for rapid heat-up and is automatically reduced once the desired temperatures are reached to prevent unnecessary power peaks.

Temperature control is managed by an electronic measurement and control unit within the range of 20-250°C.

Fresh air is fed directly into the recirculating fan via a separate fan, with the desired volume adjustable via a step switch.
