Preparation vo for passage to the Mines.
Loading, Passage to the brake bench and play plate. Check
4-way valve and independence of the tanks. Check absence of play
on the running gear and steering. Check condition of the brakes and adjustment.
Vehicle set up, chassis wedged, removal of second axle suspension cushions and replacement reassembly. Chassis air leak repair. Hydraulic leak repair, pump removal, reconditioning reassembly. Replacement of stem axle. Catalyst removal to replace protective sheet metal, reassembly of the assembly. Removal and replacement of wishbone arm. Door panel removal, left handle replacement, reassembly of the assembly. Testing with a case to analyse engine faults, diesel fuel injector return check. Supercharging circuit leak check, sensor removal, replacement, reassembly, road test OK. Lighting and signalling check and repair, bringing into conformity. Engine, gearbox, axle oil change, diesel fuel, cabin air filters, dryer. Level check. Windscreen removal, gluing and refitting. Axle 1 ball joints and steering rod. New axle 3 suspension cushions. Presentation to the mines. Air conditioning
