The vehicle was used in firefighting service until December 2024. The vehicle is being sold due to replacement.

The vehicle is being sold for replacement. 10-year factory inspection performed in 2013 at Rosenbauer in Karlsruhe:
- Hydraulic hoses replaced, oil and filter changed,
- Main control cable replaced in the ladder system,
- Ladder set measured
- All hydraulic cylinders checked and sealed.
Manufacturer inspection according to DGUV Principle 305-002 on December 2023.
Last service with engine oil change performed in December 2023 at 17,948 km.
The vehicle batteries were replaced in December 2022. Tires replaced (6-piece) in November 2019.
