Beskrivelse
The EFD machine we offer has a capacity of 2000 mm, but once the MF and HF adaptation cabinets are installed, this stroke should be limited to approximately 1700 mm. It is equipped with a Siemens 840 D CNC controller, 3 digitized axes (Z, Y 200 mm, C), a double spindle with double tailstock operated by separate controls, 1 MF cabinet, and 1 HF cabinet.
The machine specifications are as follows: height 4400 mm, maximum workpiece weight on the main spindle 600 kg. The maximum piece weight per spindle on the double spindle is 50 kg.
The converter uses transistor technology, with a power rating of 300 kW, equipped with three frequency ranges: 100 kHz at 200 kW, 3 kHz, and 10 kHz at 300 kW.
Parameter control is integrated in the 840 D CNC, monitoring: voltage, current, power, MF or HF frequency, quench shower flowrate via analog flow meter, quench water temperature with PT 100 sensor. A color printer is provided. I have also included the serial link option, which avoids the need to input the part program twice, once on the CNC and once on the RTM 100.
PROPOSED EQUIPMENT:
- 1 galvanically isolated mains transformer, 400 V three-phase + earth (for network disturbance reduction and operator safety).
- 1 SINAC P M/H transistor-based converter:
Power: 20 to 300 kW
Frequency: 3 to 100 kHz
- 1 medium-frequency adaptation cabinet with 55 VT 8 transformer:
1 capacitor bank for 3 kHz
1 capacitor bank for 10 kHz
- 1 high-frequency adaptation cabinet without transformer:
1 capacitor bank for 100 kHz
- 1 manual selector for choosing 3 and 10 kHz
- 1 manual selector for choosing between 100 kHz and 3/10 kHz
- 1 standard vertical continuous-feed machine type HGL 2000, 3 AXES, equipped with:
• One Siemens 840 D CNC (replaced 3 months ago)
• One X axis for vertical feed, approx. 1500 mm stroke depending on adaptation cabinets
• One Y axis for horizontal feed, 200 mm stroke
• One C axis (spindle rotation), maximum workpiece weight 600 kg, maximum workpiece diameter on spindle 500 mm (depending on inductor)
• Double spindle with double tailstock
• Hydraulic circuit with analog flow meter for quench water
• Second hydraulic quench water circuit without flow meter, with solenoid valve actuated by part program, no flow meter provided
• Simple interface for connecting inductors in high frequency
• Simple interface for connecting inductors in medium frequency
• Operator access door
- Process parameter control system type RTM 100 standard integrated in the 840 D CNC, with color printer
- Electrical interconnections for medium, high frequency and low voltage
- Complete documentation in French (operating and user manuals)
The great versatility of this installation lies in the wide frequency range (low, medium, and high) provided by a single generator, which is what makes it so unique.
The high 300 kW power enables the processing of large parts or two parts simultaneously.
