Additional Units

Bottom Scoring Saw
This unit is used for balancing groove machining on the underside of processed timber with a width over 200 mm. The saw blade is mounted with a flange directly onto a flat motor. Horizontal movement via pneumatic cylinder, scoring stroke approx. 150 mm (movement between boards; activated by a movable spot sensor). Area adjustment is manual. Travel stroke is shown by counter. Vertical movement via pneumatic cylinder, scoring stroke approx. 30 mm (enabling quick change during operation between slats with or without balancing groove).
End stop for scoring depth is adjusted manually. Travel stroke is shown by counter.
Slats must be fed into the machine individually one by one (not end-to-end).
