Kuper ABP 310 - CNC

Full-automatic large-format edge polishing machine with CNC control and swiveling milling/polishing unit for finishing saw-cut or pre-milled surfaces. The machine is suitable for transparent, technical, or decorative plastics (PMMA, PC, PETG, etc.), as well as for processing composite materials (PMMA with paper or aluminum).

The required process parameters can be conveniently selected via the integrated material database, based on the material to be processed and the desired surface finish. The system also provides tool recommendations and the corresponding setup for the specific machining process.

The high precision of the polishing table helps reduce streaking already during processing. Additional fastening points for side stops or further guiding aids also allow flexible adjustment to any product.
