Wellmatic packaging machine (as new)

Suitable for books, brochures, CDs, DVDs, catalogues, spare parts, etc. Utilises self-adhesive corrugated cardboard rolls. The package length is automatically adjusted to match the product length, which is electronically measured at the infeed. The maximum output of the Wellmatic is up to 35 packages per minute, depending on additional equipment such as product inserters, labellers, as well as staff and product type.

The machine was used exclusively for demonstration purposes by Dostal Maschinenbau GmbH and therefore has very low operating hours.

Equipped with Siemens Simatic OP7 (7-DP) control panel, Simatic S7-300 controller, and two Lenze frequency inverters with Profibus-DP. Both automatic and manual operation are possible.

Outfeed conveyor: Length 1,400 mm, working height 920 mm.
Infeed conveyor: Length 1,070 mm, adjustable working height from 940 to 985 mm;
maximum package/roll width: 450 mm; maximum package thickness: 75 mm;
maximum product width approx. 350 mm.
