Thanks to a robust and durable mechanical and hydraulic system, a precise backgauge with ball screw, and a user-friendly CNC controller, Dener guillotine shears are highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 to 6 meters are part of our standard portfolio. Of course, higher sheet thicknesses and cutting lengths are available upon customer request.
Dener guillotine shears owe their long service life to their particularly robust construction with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and backgauge are resistant to twisting and deformation, enabling top cutting quality.
By inputting sheet thickness and material type, the CNC controller calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap fully automatically.
