System layout:

1. Main Wash Zone:
– Equipped with a centrifugal pump (2.2 kW, 900 l/min at approx. 1 bar) feeding a total of 50 stainless steel nozzles, enabling thorough cleaning from all four sides.
– The washing solution is constantly cleaned and continuously filtered via a plate filter.
– Tank capacity: 180 l
– Washing temperature in the main zone: 50–55°C
Crate transport is via a spiral (KITZINGER proprietary design), ensuring precise separation of crates and unobstructed impact of the wash solution for comprehensive cleaning on all sides.

2. Final Rinse Zone:
– The cleaned products are thoroughly rinsed from all sides with fresh water.
Fresh water must be supplied to the machine at a minimum of 45°C and is heated inside the system to around 80°C. Water requirement: approx. 250–300 l/h.

– Wastewater: DN 40 to floor drain or channel near the machine, below the machine’s tank, with standpipe
