KALLFASS Universa 500 Servo

Full-automatic side sealing machine for packaging products—regardless of length—with total enclosure and without film overlap. Maximum output is 120 cycles/minute. Product feeding is via a conveyor belt while simultaneously wrapping the product in center-folded film through a forming shoulder.

The infeed belt can be easily adjusted to accommodate different product widths. The film tube containing and lined-up products is fully sealed on the side by a side sealing unit.

After the product is wrapped with film, longitudinal sealing is performed using a continuous, heated sealing system. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units can be manually adjusted.

Excess waste film is collected on a film take-up reel.

Wearing parts and defective components have been replaced. The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully operational.
