Heat Recovery System

Heat recovery reduces costs and protects the environment. Reusing the hot air allows up to 96% of the compressor's energy consumption to be recovered. With a PTG plate heat exchanger, up to 76% of the compressor’s energy can be converted into hot water.
Each litre of fuel saved reduces CO2 emissions by 2.727 kg, which benefits not only the environment but also significantly lowers energy costs. Given current energy prices, the payback period for a heat recovery system varies between 6 months and 2 years (when using recovered heat for heating via plate heat exchanger).
