Chassis:
Regular ladder frame in lightweight steel with continuous cross members.
With front overhang of the chassis frame.
Cover plate between the outer frame and the longitudinal member as tire protection for the rear wheels of the tractor unit.
Coupling plate approx. 8 mm thick, with a 2-inch fifth-wheel coupling pin according to DIN 74080 / ISO 337.

Suspension:
Axle lift mechanism on axle 1.
BPW three-axle unit ECO Air with disc brakes Ø approx. 370 mm, offset 120.
Air suspension, approx. 260 mm travel.

Vehicle tires:
Tires 6-fold 445/45 R 19.5, 160J.

Chassis components:
Fifth-wheel coupling mechanically adjustable with leveling foot, approx. 24 t lifting capacity, one-sided operation on the right-hand side when driving.
Tool-free folding side protection on the right and left sides when driving.
Spare wheel storage with winch incl. 1 wheel mounting kit, mounted behind the axle unit.
Storage for 16 square tube inserts, approx. 80 x 80 x 1,990 mm, installation on the side of the longitudinal member on the left and right sides when driving.
Plastic toolbox, waterproof, dimensions (internal) approx. 545 x 400 x 400 mm, installation on the rear left side when driving.
Access ladder on the rear right side, extendable.

Brake / Air Suspension System:
EBS system 2S/2M with stability program (includes ABS/ALB function), EBS connection ISO 7638, (without connection cables).
Parking brake as spring-loaded brake, external pneumatic connections and external EBS diagnostic connection via ISO 7638 connector.
WABCO EBS system.
Air suspension system incl. 1 lifting and lowering valve, mounted on the left side when driving behind the axle unit. The driving position is adjusted automatically.
2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front ISO 1728.
Air reservoirs for the brake system and air supply made of steel (EN 286-2).

Floor:
Plate floor approx. 30 mm thick, multiply laminated plywood.
Floor sealed at the rear.
Beam pockets for square tube inserts approx. 80 x 80 mm, arrangement according to drawing J9: 8 beam pocket strips (18 beam pockets per strip: 4 each on the outside + 10 in the middle).

Front Wall:
Front wall approx. 2,000 mm high with steel corner posts, with profiled steel sheet, screwed/riveted to the frame, 2 pairs of lashing points (permissible lashing force approx. 1,000 kg per ring) on the front wall according to EN 12640.
Note: When using the front wall for load securing, suitable lashing straps must be used to tension the load, if the vehicle is operated without side walls and a rear flap/door!

Side Wall:
VarioFix steel outer frame without beam supports.
24 pairs of lashing brackets in the outer frame (according to EN 12640), permissible tensile force approx. 5,000 kg per ring.

Light carrier made of steel, arranged above the underride protection.
