Manufacturing, maintenance, workshop, metalworking – automatic parts washers have a wide range of applications.
The parts washers operate on water-based solutions without the use of solvents.
The PC 60/130 T top-loader is a fully automatic parts washer for components up to 600 mm in diameter, 310 mm in height, and with a maximum weight of 130 kg.
Cleaning is performed by three-dimensionally arranged flat-spray nozzles, utilizing solvent-free, heated Kärcher cleaning agent in a water-based solution.
During cleaning, the components rotate in an electrically driven turntable basket.
The PC 60/130 T parts washer offers numerous practical features, including an integrated small parts drawer that reliably collects loose items and large debris particles.

The oil separator (skimmer) significantly extends the service life of the cleaning solution.
Once the cleaning solution sits idle (e.g. overnight), any introduced oil floats to the surface.
The skimmer can then be activated to remove the oil from the cleaning solution.
