ITF Wave 450

The Wave 450 parts washing system is an extremely flexible vacuum-assisted degreasing machine, capable of ensuring a high degree of part decontamination.
All operations, such as spray, immersion, and ultrasonic degreasing cycles, as well as the distillation, filtration, and drying processes, are performed in an automatic sequence within a completely vacuum-sealed environment.

The Wave 450 machine can operate with: modified alcohol (MA) based solvents / Class III hydrocarbons (H-III) / chlorinated (Perchloro) solvents. These solvents are specifically used when an intensive degreasing phase is required and evaporate completely, leaving no residues on the treated components.

Distillation
Solvent distillation ensures the degreasing capacity of the solvent remains unchanged. All our systems are equipped as standard with a double-stage distiller, guaranteeing the separation between solvent and oils; excess water is expelled in the water separator.
