STANDARD DESCRIPTION:

We have designed motorized hydraulic presses with movable gantry and adjustable head in the ST series, offering a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tons.

Specially engineered for straightening welded frames and oxy-fuel or laser-cut plates.

The design provides easy loading and unloading of large volumes: parts, plates, or structures. It allows access to different pressure points without moving the workpiece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal travel of the gantry.

ST Series hydraulic presses are constructed from an exclusively S355JR steel, fully welded and subsequently stress-relieved and machined to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. The design and calculations are performed with finite element software, guaranteeing our high standards of precision and quality.

The gantry features longitudinal travel.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chromed piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides. Cylinder operation is managed via a lever-operated hydraulic distributor. Comes with a removable pressure plate to protect the piston rod.

Hydraulic power unit features a two-speed motor with automatic speed downshift as hydraulic pressure increases, and a pressure relief valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
Electrical system fitted with motor protection and emergency stop. Supplied with a glycerine-filled pressure gauge calibrated in tons and hydraulic oil. Fully compliant with all CE essential health and safety requirements. Comes supplied with an operating manual.
