HYDRAULIC H-FRAME PRESSES

We have engineered the R/NC series of motorized hydraulic H-frame presses in six different power ratings, ranging from 80 to 500 tons. These presses are specifically designed for stamping, punching, and deep drawing tasks.

The new-generation R series hydraulic presses have evolved into versatile solutions, including the ability to integrate these machines into automated production lines. They operate at a hydraulic pressure below 320 BAR to ensure enhanced durability of the entire hydraulic system.

The R/NC series deep drawing and stamping presses feature an electro-welded frame manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined after the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and accuracy. Structural design and load calculations are performed with finite element software, ensuring our consistently high standards for precision and quality.

Fitted with upper and lower tables made of machined C45E steel, both feature DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism with four lateral cylindrical guides fitted with maintenance-free, low-friction bimetallic bushings.

Two-speed motorized hydraulic power unit with automatic cut-off of fast speed. Includes a cylinder decompression valve.

Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4-inch MTP-400 touchscreen, conveniently located above the electric foot pedal. This interface allows the user to program operation mode (semi-automatic or automatic), force, stroke length, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. It provides storage capacity for up to 99 recipes, individualizing all aforementioned parameters for each.

The electrical control panel includes a selector switch for choosing between manual and automatic operation, plus a key switch for maintenance mode.

All electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitoring, featuring an additional safety block and self-checking devices for operation and security.

Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distances for the light curtains.

Safety features include type 4 PLe photoelectric safety barriers on the front working area, two fixed lateral guards, and a rear accessible guard with magnetic disconnect sensor, equipped with polycarbonate windows and internal LED lighting. Hydraulic die cushion or ejector installation is available.
