HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR BENDING

The FDV-150E/3,000 double-column hydraulic press belongs to the F series and is custom designed for bending operations.

It utilizes an optimized hydraulic system operating at 295 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliable performance.

It fully complies with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The machine features a rigid, all-welded frame with a fixed bed made exclusively from S355JR steel.
The structure is stabilized and machined after the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision.
Designed and calculated using finite element software.
Equipped with upper and lower machined tables made of C45E steel, featuring DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect alignment through four 80 mm diameter cylindrical side guides with maintenance-free bi-metallic anti-friction bushings.
Lower table with T-slots, measuring 3,100 mm x 600 mm.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT

Two main double-acting cylinders with chromed plungers and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
Single-speed motorized hydraulic unit. Includes cylinder decompression valve.
Glycerine-filled manometer with reading in tonnes.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 7" KTP-700 COMFORT touch panel located on the electrical cabinet. Allows for programming of semiautomatic and automatic operation modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. Capable of storing up to 300 recipes; all parameters above can be stored per recipe.
Operated via low-voltage electric foot pedal.
To ensure safety, it includes Category IV light curtains at the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a rear movable guard with integrated magnetic disconnect sensor.
