SWAN NECK
Swan neck in SNT design to optimize the loading area length, length approx. 3,700 mm, with a bevel at the rear of approx. 1,000 mm x 10°. For semi-trailer: 4 x 2, 6 x 2, and 6 x 4.
- Steel front wall, plug-in, approx. 400 mm high
- 3 kW electro-hydraulic unit for controlling the hydraulic operations, with the exception of hydraulic winches.
- 1 pair of plug-in aluminum side walls on the swan neck, approx. 400 mm high, in anodized finish.

LOADING AREA
Extendable loading area, length approx. 8,800 mm, with a bevel at the rear, approx. 500 mm x 10°. A recess in the loading area extends into the bevel to accommodate the excavator arm, approx. 3,850 x 750 x 210/290 mm (L x W x H). Pneumatic locking system with tapered locking pin and reinforced locking positions. The supply lines are protected in the extendable beams and automatically adjust to the respective loading area length.
- TPMS tire pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141.
- BPW axles and suspension, 1st axle with steered trailing arm, all other axles with hydro-mechanical forced steering.
- 1st axle with electro-magnetic reverse lock via reverse gear and can be manually activated.

- Extendable widening elements (galvanized) by approx. 230 mm per side (without wooden planks).
- Wheel arches with square climbing strips, approx. 15 x 15 mm in front of the axles, continuously open up to the transverse support of the swan neck, approx. 700 x 410 mm (W x D).
- Wheel arches with square climbing strips, approx. 15 x 15 mm between the 1st and 2nd axle, approx. 1,480 x 700 x 410 mm (L x W x D).
- Control valves for the hydraulic ramps on the right side of the vehicle.
- Steering from the front and rear can be operated via a cable remote control, with single-axle control, without installation in the semi-trailer.

HYDRAULIC LOADING RAMPS DR-15/60-900-4350-KG-HV-M
A pair of two-part steel ramps with a length of approx. 4,350 mm and a width of approx. 900 mm. The surface of the large ramp section is divided into two: sheet metal surface with square climbing strips approx. 15 x 30 mm every approx. 200 mm on the outside and rubber surface on the inside. Hydraulically folding ramp tips, ramps can be individually moved outwards by approx. 235 mm and inwards by approx. 215 mm hydraulically. - Rubber floor Super Grip approx. 25 mm and sheet metal floor approx. 5 mm as additional reinforcement on the bevel of the loading area.

BRAKING SYSTEM
Braking system from WABCO EBS-E according to EU regulations. Without connection cable to the semi-trailer tractor.
