Loading Platform:

3 pairs of folding external lashing rings (LC 10,000 daN).
1 pair of flat-mounted lashing rings at the front of the loading platform (LC 10,000 daN).
Approx. 48 mm thick hardwood flooring, checker plate covering over the axles.
Landing Legs:

JOST landing legs (mechanical) with 2-speed gearbox for 24 t lifting capacity (50 t test load).
Tyres:
205/65 R17.5 tyres as per manufacturer's specification.
TPMS:
TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system compliant with ECE R 141.
Data transmission to the tractor unit via the standardised EBS interface according to ISO 11992. To ensure correct display, the tractor unit must be capable of transmitting and displaying this data.
Axles:
BPW axles, two fixed axles, two self-steering axles, air-suspended, with drum brake, with lifting/lowering function. The self-steering axles can be locked electronically via reverse gear or manually using an electromagnet. Axle tools included.
Brake System:
WABCO brake system in accordance with EU regulations with EBS-E (4S3M) without connecting lines to the tractor unit.
Electrical System:
Electrical system according to EU regulations, 24 volt LED lighting by ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). All LED side marker lamps flash with the turn indicators. ASPÖCK-UNIBOX at the front connection panel with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets. Connections conform to ISO standards:

Steel Construction:
Steel structure made from high-strength fine-grained steels.
Steel grades:
– S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa)
– S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa)
Paintwork:
The entire steel structure is automatically shot-blasted with a turbine system after welding. A second abrasive blasting treatment with corundum ensures optimal adhesion of the coating system. HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) for superior corrosion protection. Final coating with 2 coats of 2K topcoat, single-colour in a shade of your choice according to the RAL 841GL system. Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Metallic paint not possible. Paint system tested in salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS. Cavities sealed with special wax.

One galvanized steel bulkhead.
Yellow-red air couplings on the galvanized front connection panel.
2 wheel chocks with holders on the bulkhead.
Fixture at the rear of the gooseneck for ALU approach ramps.
