* HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) to ensure the best corrosion protection.
* Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, solid color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to the RAL 841GL system.
* Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White).
* Paint finish tested in a salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS.
* Sealing of cavities with special wax.
