This compact all-rounder lets you increase your productivity. The hydraulic swing beam shear HGS supports you with precise, fast and cost-efficient cuts in your day-to-day operations. Hydraulic hold-downs secure the sheet and the support table with integrated ball rollers ensures ergonomic and efficient shearing for your operator. The CNC control allows you to use different sheet materials already stored in the integrated material library. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimal blade gap is automatically set electro-hydraulically by the CNC control but can also be adjusted manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be set easily via touchscreen. Furthermore, the controller offers storage for cutting programs with cut sequences.
