The manufacturer ERMAK offers you, with the HGD series hydraulic swing beam shear, a robust and durable machine for the efficient processing of sheet metal. This compact all-round machine allows you to increase your productivity. The HGD model hydraulic swing beam shear supports you in precise, fast, and cost-effective cutting in your daily workflow. Hydraulic hold-downs secure the sheet, and the support table with built-in ball rollers ensures ergonomic and efficient cutting for your operator. The CNC control enables you to work with different types of sheet metal, all stored in the materials library. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimal cutting gap is automatically adjusted by the CNC electro-hydraulically, but can also be set manually. The position and retract function of the motor-driven backgauge can easily be controlled via touchscreen. Furthermore, the control system offers memory for cutting programs with sequence storage.
