Thanks to its features and design, this machine can be used with high efficiency across a wide range of applications. The PLC control ensures simple and highly profitable operation. The powerful motor allows for short cycle times even when cutting thick-walled profiles or solid materials. The soundproof cabin minimizes noise emissions to the lowest possible level.

The machine is completely overhauled in our facility according to customer specifications. The following components, among others, are renewed:
- Conversion to Siemens S7
- Replacement of the ball screw
- New hydraulic lines (hydraulic version)
- New pneumatic lines (pneumatic version)
- New pneumatic and/or hydraulic components
- Overhaul of control valves
- Optimization of extraction performance
- Overhaul of the Menzel minimum quantity lubrication system
- Replacement of general wear parts
- Overhaul of the enclosure
- Renewal of all bearings and wear parts
- Replacement of servo and frequency converters

The machine also features:

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all parts overhauled or replaced by us. Labor and wear parts are excluded from the warranty.
