General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting (ram + cushion) operating principle for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and stamping applications. The 8-gibbed H-frame construction ensures high rigidity, stable parallelism, and long die life even with large bolster dimensions during the entire pressing process.

The CHSP 800/270 model, with 800 ton main ram and 270 ton cushion pressing capacity, is specifically developed for processes requiring controlled material flow, particularly in the automotive, white goods, defense industries, and heavy sheet metal forming applications. The vibration stress-relieved steel construction frame provides long-term, reliable operation.
