General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed based on a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow for sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and forming operations. The 8-slide H-frame structure provides maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 500/175 model, with a 500-ton main ram and 175-ton cushion (blankholder) capacity, is designed to provide full control over the die and workpiece for high-tonnage deep drawing and forming applications. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration methods to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
