General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting working principle to provide controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and forming applications. Thanks to its 8-guided H-frame structure, the press ensures maximum rigidity during operation; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 250/80 model, featuring a 250-ton main ram and an 80-ton bottom cushion (pot), is designed for medium to high tonnage deep drawing and forming operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved via vibration methods, aiming for long-lasting and reliable performance.
