General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic forming presses are engineered for heavy-duty deep drawing applications requiring very high tonnage, large table dimensions, and controlled blank holder pressure.

With its 8-guided slide H-frame body structure, both ram and table movements are executed with high rigidity throughout the pressing operation; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained over the full stroke length.

The CHSP 2000/600 model, featuring a 2000-ton main ram and 600-ton blank holder capacity, provides high control and repeatability for large-scale dies, deep drawing, and forming operations. The vibration stress-relieved steel welded frame ensures a long service life and reliability under heavy industrial conditions.
