General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting operating principle to provide controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The H-frame structure with 8 guide slides ensures maximum rigidity during pressing, while parallelism and verticality tolerances are stably maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 150/50 model is engineered for precise and repeatable deep drawing operations, featuring a 150-ton main ram and a 50-ton cushion (blankholder) capacity. The machine frame is stress-relieved using vibration techniques, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation.
