General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting (ram + blank holder) system architecture for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and flow forming applications. The 8-guide H-frame construction provides high rigidity during pressing and ensures stable maintenance of parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances even with large bolster dimensions.

The CHSP 1000/350 model, with a main ram capacity of 1000 tons and a blank holder capacity of 350 tons, is specifically designed for deep drawing processes requiring controlled material flow, particularly in the automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy industry sectors. The vibratory stress-relieved steel construction frame ensures long-lasting and reliable operation.
