General Description

CRONOSSTECH CHP series H-type single-acting hydraulic presses are designed for sheet metal forming, deep drawing, straightening, and heavy-duty pressing applications that require high tonnage. The 8-guided H-frame structure provides maximum rigidity, precision, and long service life by evenly distributing the high forces generated during pressing. The CHP 1000 model is engineered to deliver reliable and stable performance for heavy industry production lines.

CHP Series – Structural Features

CHP series presses are engineered for demanding industrial environments. The frame and main load-bearing structures are stress-relieved by vibration. Thanks to bronze Zr14 slideway bushings, uniform load distribution and high precision are achieved throughout the ram movement.
