General Description
The CRONOSSTECH 60/20-ton column-type hydraulic flow forming press is a robust and compact press solution designed for precision metal forming, deep drawing, and flow forming applications. Its four-column construction ensures stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances during the pressing process.
The frame, made from St52 quality steel, undergoes stress relief via vibration method. Ram and die cushion systems can be controlled independently, with stroke and pressure adjustments made precisely via the touchscreen panel.
Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 class motor, and an automatic lubrication system, the machine ensures long-lasting, safe, and efficient operation. The PLC-controlled system minimizes operator errors.
This model is an ideal solution for small and medium-scale flow forming, deep drawing, die try-out, and auxiliary pressing applications.
