General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 250 / 80 ton four-column hydraulic drawing press is a high-rigidity hydraulic press solution, designed specifically for metal forming, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications.

The welded steel body is manufactured from St52 grade construction steel, which undergoes stress-relieving via vibration. This ensures high parallelism and squareness tolerances are maintained during prolonged operations. The ram and cushion systems operate independently; stroke and pressure settings can be finely adjusted via the touchscreen control panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 class electric motor, and PLC-controlled architecture, the press offers high efficiency and reliable operation. The automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination warnings reduce maintenance requirements to a minimum.

With 250 / 80 ton capacity, this model is an ideal industrial press solution for medium and high tonnage metal forming, deep drawing, and die applications.
