General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 150/50-ton four-column hydraulic drawing press is an industrial press solution developed for metal drawing, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications, featuring a rigid four-column frame design.

The ST52-grade steel construction body undergoes stress relief via vibration method, ensuring the preservation of high parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances during extended operation. Ram and die cushion systems operate independently; stroke and pressure adjustments can be precisely set via the touchscreen panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 class motor, and PLC control, the press delivers high efficiency, reliability, and extended service life. The automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination alerts reduce maintenance requirements to a minimum.

With its 150/50-ton capacity, this model is the ideal solution for mass production, die trials, and medium to high tonnage deep drawing applications.
