The CRONOSSTECH 100/40 ton column-type hydraulic deep drawing press is an industrial press solution designed for metal forming, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications, featuring a four-column rigid frame.

The St52 grade steel frame is subjected to stress relief via vibration methods. This structure ensures long-term retention of high parallelism and squareness tolerances. The ram and blank holder systems operate independently; stroke and pressure are precisely controlled via a touchscreen panel.

Utilizing REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, energy-efficient IE3 motors, and a PLC-controlled system, the press offers superior efficiency, reliability, and long service life. The automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination alerts minimize maintenance requirements.
