CRM plasma cutting pantograph with a useful working range of 4,000 x 2,000 mm.
It is a classic gantry structure consisting of an extruded aluminum machined machine tool beam carrying the guides for sliding the plasma flashlight.
Associated with this beam are the 2 sliding shoulders on rails on which, by means of racks, the two independent bruschless drives constituting the gantry axis of the "Y" feed are gripped.
Sheet metal support bench composed of 3 modules with internal supporting structure divided into independent suction sectors, inside which are housed the automatic gates whose opening is managed by the cnc, which having the topographical image of the modules, opens the gate closest to the flashlight, so as to always have maximum suction efficiency where it is needed.
The sliding of the flashlight carriage is by means of racks with combined recirculating ball bearing guides with bruschless motorization.
Installed plasma flashlight of Hypertherm with liquid cooling equipped ring to calibrate there initial breakthrough distance and anti-collision sensor.
Also installed in the carriage is an oxyfuel flashlight with capacitive ring sensor for control at 'on and during cutting and anticollision device.
The generator installed on the machine is a 260 Amp Hypertherm that allows to process sheets up to 35mm thick with a control unit for the management of all the gases in play in which are housed all the pressure reducers, solenoid valves, pressure gauges, safety valves and non-return valves necessary for a practical management of all the gas pressures that the operator has to regulate while the gas circuits intended for the actual cutting as well as' to preheating are managed directly by the cnc.
Numerical cnc control in paired console and power board all mounted on board machine with network card for dialogue with pc placed in office, manual buttons with functions of re trace, plasma simulation, rapid axis speed adjustment, and "during motion" cutting and flashlight gain adjustment.
