Universal balancer on a bed with a horizontal axis of rotation and belt drive, with a load capacity of up to 700 kg. An additional rotor drive from the headstock using a cardan shaft can be purchased separately. The machine allows balancing of various types of rotors such as engines, paper mill rolls, fans, pumps, spindles, and many other machine components. The balancing process is managed by the latest measuring system "ROTORTEST 9.5" with dedicated software featuring shop floor programs that convert unbalance into a convenient correction method, including drilling and milling parameters.

The main advantages of this type of balancer are its universal application, high measurement accuracy, and a simple and fast calibration method so-called "manufacturer calibration," which does not require calibration runs before starting the measurements. The entire procedure consists merely of entering the basic rotor parameters into the program. This machine is an excellent choice for balancing single pieces of different rotor models as well as large series of the same model. The machine ensures high balancing accuracy and a short cycle time. Only high-quality components from reputable global brands are used in the balancer’s construction.

The proposed machine is a demonstration unit, but its operation and appearance are in perfect condition.
