The complete CE-compliant overhaul includes:

- Thorough cleaning of the base and all components
- Complete grinding of the central unit and ram
- Grinding of lower, upper, and lateral gibs
- Precision hand scraping to fit the ram and gibs
- Grinding of bushings and wedge connection
- Manufacturing of new keyways for gears and drive bushings on drive and extraction shafts
- Overhaul of the entire toggle assembly, complete with connecting rod, including replacement of bronze bushings or shaft chroming and crankshaft grinding
- Replacement of all bearings on drive shaft, extraction shaft, crankshaft, wire feed unit, wire feed control unit, and ram
- New die holder
- New tool holders for preforming and finishing
- New gripper assembly
- Replacement of square nuts and cut-off steady rest
- Disassembly and replacement of rollers and bearings on cut-off levers, rotation levers, gripper levers, extraction levers, and wire feed levers
- Replacement of all pins
- Replacement of freewheel device
- Modification with double Ringspann for precision feeding
- Adjustment and new shimming of levers and bevel gears
- Replacement of original lubrication system (including electric pumps, pressure switches, flow switches, distributors, pipes, and fittings)
- New recirculating pump for rollers
