For Continuous Cleaning of Workpieces
Continuous stainless steel cleaning system with oil separator for uninterrupted material flow. The components are transported continuously—or in cycle mode if required—through successive treatment zones. Cleaning is performed by guiding the parts past fixed nozzle systems.

Suitable for parts with dimensions approx. 400 x 100 mm
A wire link conveyor belt transports the components either lying flat or upright through the cleaning unit.
• Enclosing nozzle frame – staggered nozzle arrangement enables all-round cleaning
• Separation of treatment zones reduces cross-contamination
• Customizable nozzles and nozzle frames to suit the workpieces
• User-specific adaptation of working dimensions, load capacities, and pump output possible

Process steps in successive treatment zones:
• Spray cleaning process: sequential wet treatment zones (washing, degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, passivating)
• Drying
