Exhaust air blower: Operating speed variably adjustable between 2400 rpm and 3500 rpm, suitable for the respective application. Driven by the auxiliary engine via the reduction gearbox and fluid coupling. Gearbox ratio: 1.79:1

Disc brush: Quick-release brush system with infinitely adjustable speed up to 200 rpm (controlled from the cabin).

Suction nozzle: Cast aluminum suction nozzle with an inlet opening of 250 mm and tool-free adjustment.

Sweeping roller: Quick-release brush system with a nominal rotation speed of 160 rpm.

Dust suppression system: Spray nozzles for dust suppression at the suction nozzle(s), disc brush, and on the vehicle front. Pressadrain water expulsion system.

Electrical system: 24 Volts. All external wiring harness connections are rated to automotive standard IP67.

Controls: The main control panel is mounted in the center of the cabin and features a Johnston Video Monitor (JVM), providing information on a wide range of sweeping functions plus the ability to download recorded data. Up to four optional cameras can also be viewed on the JVM screen. A separate palm-rest controller includes controls for main sweeping functions and is mounted on the door side.

Body and hood: The body consists of the debris container and the integrated water tank, constructed from high-performance stainless steel sheet. The hood is lined with frequency-tuned sound-absorbing material. The water tank includes baffle plates and is filled via a hydrant filling system of type "A". A double, dry-run protected diaphragm pump operates continuously. Watertight rear door with double locking system and drainage function. Two side access doors on the body. Insertable floor as a transfer connector for use as a street washer. Rear discharge chute, double rotating beacons protected by wire cages at the rear. Automatic, multi-positional body support mechanism and side-mounted storage cabinets are standard features.
