Basic equipment VT 651 Exhaust air blower: adjustable operating speed between 2400 rpm - 3500 rpm, suitable for various applications. Driven by auxiliary engine via reduction gearbox and fluid coupling. Gearbox ratio: 1.79:1

Disc brush:
Quick-release brush system with infinitely variable speed up to 200 rpm (controlled from the cab).

Suction mouth:
Cast aluminum suction mouth with a 250 mm inlet opening and tool-free adjustment.

Sweeping roller:
Quick-release brush system with a nominal rotational speed of 160 rpm.

Dust suppression system:
Spray nozzles for dust suppression at suction mouth(s), disc brushes, and across the vehicle front. Pressadrain water expulsion system.

Electrical system:
24 Volt. All external wiring harness connections are rated to automotive standard IP67.

Controls:
Main control panel mounted centrally in the cab with Johnston Video Monitor (JVM), providing information on a wide range of sweeping functions as well as download of recorded data. Up to four optional cameras can also be viewed on the JVM screen. A separate palm rest control unit for main sweeping functions is mounted on the door side.

Body and cover:
The body comprises the debris container and the integrated water tank, constructed from high-performance stainless steel plate. The cover is lined with frequency-matched soundproofing material. The water tank features baffle plates and is filled via a Type 'A' hydrant filling device. A dual, dry-run protected membrane pump operates continuously. Watertight tailgate with double locking system and drainage function. Two side access doors on the body. Detachable body floor insert serves as transfer connection for use as a street washer. Rear discharge channel, double beacon lights at the rear protected by wire cages. Automatic, multi-positional body support system and side-mounted storage lockers are standard features.
