Function
The output voltage, infinitely adjustable by hand via rotary knob, is applied directly to the excitation coils of the test core. This is intended to create the most homogeneous electromagnetic field possible in the air gap of the test core, which can be used to characterize core material inserted into the air gap. The core test system is operated fundamentally via the control and display elements located on the front panel of the test trolley.
