The BC-40 CA is a fully automatic, horizontal stretch wrapper for bundling and spiral wrapping products that are to be fixed on a corrugated cardboard blank.
After activation of the foot switch, the machine automatically centers the blank placed on the infeed conveyor and feeds it to the rotating ring. The size of the blank is automatically detected and assigned to one of ten adjustable wrapping programs.
The feed and rotating ring speeds are adjustable and controlled via frequency converters. The product is fully automatically fixed onto the blank by the machine, and a clamping and cutting system applies and cuts off the film at the start and end of the wrapping cycle.
The machine features a quick-change system for film roll replacement.
