Flow Wrapper for high-speed packaging of smaller products in pillow bags with longitudinal seams. The flow pack packaging machine is suitable for packaging single or multiple dry, uniform or non-uniform products. A special feed system is installed upstream of the flow wrapper. Sorting and feeding the products in line to the carriers (flow wrapper feed table) is handled by six side conveyor belts driven by servo motors. This eliminates the need to manually insert individual products, providing a significant production advantage and greatly contributing to the flow wrapper’s cost-effectiveness. AMTEC’s flow pack packaging machine is perfectly matched to the bag length in terms of rotating knives and their diameters, resulting in optimized speed.
