For all industrial processes where dust and coarse particles are generated, the AL-KO CLEAN UNIT D series clean air dust extractors are the ideal choice. Thanks to their high-performance fans and highly effective filter cartridges, these mobile extraction systems ensure clean air in metalworking as well as in the plastics, food, and chemical industries.

Functionality:
Dust and coarse particles are extracted directly at the machine or via collection hoods and conveyed through a suction line to the AL-KO CLEAN UNIT D connection point. There, a large pre-separation chamber separates the coarse particles. The downstream “M” class filter cartridges remove the remaining fine dust. The differential pressure-controlled filter cleaning system cleans the filter cartridges of any adhering particles even during extraction operation. Venturi nozzles on the filter cartridges enhance the cleaning effect, ensuring consistent suction performance and extended filter service life. The separated dust is collected in an easily movable container with a fitted collection bag and can be disposed of with minimal dust emission. The cleaned air is returned to the room via the top of the unit.
